Since October 2009 – a Deputy Minister of town-planning and infrastructure development of Perm territory, a Head of the territorial planning and construction administration, a Chief architect of Perm territory.
The main activity sphere is forming of systems of town-regulation on municipal and regional levels by means of elaboration of regulatory legal acts and regional laws in the sphere of town-planning activity; running of the town-planning policy directed to improvement of the environment quality and forming of a favorable investment climate.
