Professional experience:
Some of recent projects accomplished by A.V.Pushkin are:
- elaboration and realization of the procedure of restructuring of a major financial manufacturing group;
- legal support of a business purchase by a foreign company in the territory of Moscow region;
- acted as a mediator during the process of mediation between major Russian industrial groups;
- acted as a team leader during the planning and optimization of taxation of a regional machinery construction factory.
